Your initial enquiry is dealt with our experienced team member

We can arrange a meeting at your property or a zoom call to discuss your ideas and vision for your project

Once we have established your requirements, our team will proceed with creating a fee proposal for your needs.

When you decide to proceed with our proposal, we will be required to complete a measured survey. This will be arranged and booked in for a set date/time. Our measured surveys are completed by our industry expert architectural technicians.

The next step after our measured survey will be to create the drawings

Drawings will be submitted back to you for approval. Once approved by yourself, this will be submitted for pre-planning, planning, or permitted development applications (subject to which category you fall into)

All applications will be submitted to the local authority for approval. The time scales for a response vary from each council and we will keep you updated on the application progress

Once the application has been approved by the council, the next stage will be to create the building regulations set of drawings. Building regulations drawings are very important. Unlike planning drawings, these drawings contain detailed information relating to the construction of your build. They include thermal transmittance structural integrity, fire safety, drainage facilities electrical safety, water supply and other specific requirements which are involved with your build

When drawings have been approved by building control it is now time for us to start the estimation service, this is completed by our experienced estimator. To ensure accuracy, we would advice speaking to our interior designer (if required) to ensure we can plug in any additions.

Once this service has been completed we provide a detailed proposal, if accepted we provide a schedule of works and agree a start date.
