    Mountainview Construction is an award-winning family-run business. A building company built for the future, a service-driven company with attention to detail.

     

    The Mountainview mission is to support clients through every stage of the property lifecycle, from the initial plans and design ideas to the flawlessly finished space, complete with furniture and those finishing touches. With in-house expertise, Mountainview makes every phase of the journey straightforward, including architecture, planning, construction and interior design.

    It all began with a tight-knit team of independent contractors specialising in carpentry. They made a name for themselves working on notable projects such as the Rotunda, Five Ways and the Midland Bank in the heart of Birmingham City, as well as partnering with the prestigious Bryant Group on residential developments. Around the same time, Bryant Homes was being listed on the stock exchange, leading to a surge of exciting new builds to be a part of.

    In 1975, the team took on new talent to enhance their service offering, bringing mechanical and electrical specialists into the fold in order to take on independent property projects. Alongside this growing business, they also worked on larger-scale projects such as the silicon render on Premier Inn Fort Dunlop. Essential skills and knowledge were gained by bringing new schools and local authority-owned buildings up to the latest energy efficiency standards.

    Mountainview Construction was officially founded to support residential projects with a focus on reliability, efficiency and high-calibre craftsmanship. The company was born as an antidote to the abundance of unprofessional, outdated independent contractors, taking a new, service-driven approach that puts the client experience at the forefront. By using streamlined technology and proven customer service, Mountainview quickly became known for its progressive approach.
